DIRT (the tool) may change upon
users’ requests, reporting and analysis needs, or as technology
advances. Therefore, the CGA Data Reporting & Evaluation
Committee (Data Committee) has developed a procedure for
modifications and/or additions to the data fields in the tool.
The Data Committee will review proposed modifications, introduced via
the posted "Modification Proposal Form." This form and
procedure provides the Data Committee with a method to track
proposals/changes to the tool over time, discuss potential changes
thoroughly before implementation, and determine the need for changes to
occur, implementing changes based on urgency and at a frequency to
benefit stakeholders.
The Modification Proposal Form
should not be used for changes to documents other than the tool, such as
the DIRT User Guide, query wizard, training material, brochures or
marketing information, or annual reports. The form should be used to
request changes to the DIRT tool itself (the fields therein), tool
screens and displays, or main menu revisions.
