DIRT Registration
Process Overview


The CGA created a registration process to ensure the integrity of CGA’s Damage Information Reporting Tool (DIRT).  The process involves 
granting specific privileges to submitters for the use of the database at various levels of control. 

Getting Started

To begin the registration process, submitters must visit www.cga-dirt.com and click on "new user registration."  New users are then asked to provide specific information.    Image

Personal Information

  • Accept Terms & Conditions
  • Submit E-mail & New Password Information
  • Answer Security Questions (such as Birthday/Animal/Color)
  • Provide Contact Information

Company Information/Users/Roles

  • Designate access levels for users of DIRT the submitters company as follows:
    • Company Administrator:  This person is responsible for maintaining the list of individuals in his/her company allowed to utilize DIRT.  The Company Administrator has complete authority to enter data, edit entries once submitted, and generate reports relative to their respective database entries.  This individual has the right to submit and approve both Managers and Users.  Every company submitting data must have one designated company administrator.
    • Manager:  This person can enter data, edit data, and generate reports for the company. 
    • User:  This person can only enter data into the system.  No editing or report generation is permitted.
  • Identify Company Affiliation (Choose Existing Company/Enter New Company) & Add Additional User's if Needed.

Verification of Users/Company

  • New User & Additional Registrants will be sent an email containing a link to click on to verify e-mail address.
  • Company affiliation will be verified by CGA personnel or company administrator to ensure new user is legitimate damage reporter for the company. This process may take up to 5 business days, and the new user will receive an e-mail notification of approval when the process is complete.

Submit Data

  • Log in to the damage reporting application, read the User's Guide, and start submitting damage reports.
