The mission of the
CGA is to ensure public safety, environmental
protection, and the integrity of vital underground services by promoting
effective damage prevention practices. In
order to effectively promote the damage prevention practices and
messages identified during the Common Ground Study, the CGA has
developed and published the following types of materials to achieve
specific goals.
- New Materials -
2010: CGA unveiled new materials
during the 2010 Annual Meeting. Includes information on 811 Pirate
Video for children and new 811 Public Service
Announcement.

Materials: Educate stakeholders and
promote CGA Best Practices.

Campaign: Download 811
campaign materials and tool kits that are free to use by CGA
stakeholders.
- Educational Programs: Access
educational materials including Agriculture focused campaign
materials and the Locate Accurately message.

Update: Review the latest
