The Common Ground Alliance is managed by the association's Board of Directors. Currently, each director on the Board represents one of the sixteen CGA stakeholder categories.  The Directors are elected by the CGA members within their respective stakeholder group, and represent the stakeholder group at approximately 5 meetings per year.  In addition, the Board of Directors appoints "Primary" members to each committee to represent their stakeholder group on that committee.
