To become a member of the CGA today...

  1. If you would like additional information, visit the Becoming A Member and Membership Structure sections of the web site to learn more.
  2. Download the Membership Form in PDF format to fax, email or submit with payment. 
  3. For credit card payments, click on the appropriate "Pay Now" button below or submit the Credit Card Authorization Form.  If you pay through the web site, please indicate on your membership form that you are paying by credit card. 
  4. To pay by check, please send payment to the CGA and include the name of the individual or company joining the CGA or include a copy of the membership form.

RENEWALS:  For renewals, please include your invoice number in the "notes to seller" section of the online payment form.
